- How it works: Potential customers go to the landing page for a freebie, that is, a magnet for collecting leads. The site automatically delivers the freebie to them in exchange for their email address.
What’s included
- One professionally designed landing page.
- One lead magnet. The lead magnet will be a downloadable PDF that your customers will find valuable: a checklist, or a one-page “how-to article” with a coupon.
- Email addresses of people who opt-in for your emailing list will be automatically directed to you via email.
- One-half hour of site maintenance each month.

OUR PROCESS
1. Introductions
We start with a 15-minute Introduction call to learn a little about each other and decide how we’ll do business together.
2. Contract and Initial Payment
Black Cat Bytes will send you a standard contract. A clear plain English description of what we’ll do, how we’ll communicate, and how much it will cost. You can take up to 72 hours to review it. Return the signed contract and pay the initial setup fee to get things started.
3. Discovery Session
Next, we’ll meet virtually, on the phone, or in person for a one-hour Discovery Session to learn about your business, your goals and your brand.
4. Site Construction
Black Cat Bytes will use the Discovery Session information to draft the copy then .develop a prototype website
5. Joint Video Review Session
We’ll walk through the site together and identify any necessary modifications.
6. Site Launch
The site goes live and we all celebrate!
7. Run Time
The maintenance period begins, with monthly billing. Want to change something? One update per month is included.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE LEASE?
At the end of the year, we’ll sit down together and discuss how the website is working for you. You’ll have three options going forward:
Continue the Lease
Keep the site and renew your subscription. We can upgrade or re-design your site at that time. Black Cat Bytes continues to support you with hosting, maintenance, and one hour of updates each month. Continue monthly payments for another year.
Buy Out
Pay a $500 buy-out fee, and you can move the website to the location of your choice. Your relationship with Black Cat Bytes ends.
Walk Away
If you don’t wish to continue your subscription or take ownership of the website, we’ll simply not renew the contract and turn off the site.
WHAT’S YOUR COMMITMENT?
- Agree to a 12-month contract
- Agree to pay the set-up fee and 11 monthly installments on a valid credit card
- Participate in a Discovery Session and provide the information we request.
- Communicate monthly maintenance tasks through Black Cat Bytes’ project management system.
- Review with Black Cat Bytes at the end of the yearly contract period to decide how to go forward.
